Beer Battered Rock Oysters
Fresh Rock Oysters,
1 cup flour,
1 stubby of beer,
1/4 cup cornflour,
salt and pepper,
Oil for deep frying.
Mix the flour, cornflour beer and seasoning together.
Season extra flour on a plate.
Coat oysters with the flour mix, shake then into the batter.
Deep fry until golden (not too long as you may overcook)
Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges.
