Mussel Chowder
About 10 slightly steamed mussels (chopped),1 tablespoon flour,1 tablespoon butter,1 large finely chopped onion,1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley,1 teaspoon Maggi chicken stock,Milk,1/2 cup cream,
pepper and salt,
Saute onion in butter until clear, add flour and stir in about 2 cups milk and stock, stirring well. Add more milk if needed until soup like consistency. Add mussels and heat slowly, simmer for a couple of minutes, season, stir in cream and parsley - serve with french
